These terms govern your use of the NeverMiss service operated by NeverMiss ("we," "us," or "our") at gonevermiss.com. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

NeverMiss is an automated missed-call response service. When a customer calls your NeverMiss number and you do not answer, the system sends an automated text message on your behalf. The system then gathers relevant job details from the customer through a text conversation and delivers those details to you.

Pricing and Billing

• NeverMiss costs $297 per month.
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial.
• There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time.
• After the trial period, your payment method will be charged monthly until you cancel.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of NeverMiss, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during signup
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those related to text messaging and telecommunications
• Not use the service to send spam, harass individuals, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Keep your account information up to date

No Guarantees

While NeverMiss is designed to help you capture more leads and book more jobs, we do not guarantee any specific results, revenue increases, or conversion rates. Results vary depending on your trade, market, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

NeverMiss is not liable for missed communications, lost leads, or any damages arising from service interruptions, delays, or errors. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We will not issue refunds for partial months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
